Contracts - War Crimes

Hey All,

I just wanted to see if anyone else is having an issue with this contract.

I know I’ve killed more than 40 enemies with a Mine drop, but I never seem to have it completed.

Anyone know whether or not this might be a glitch? Or is it you have to kill 40 enemies with one drop? If so, I feel that MAY be a tad bit difficult to accomplish.

Any and all advice is appreciated.
