If you send your friends or people you know your invite link, once one person uses it to register, you will be emailed a steam key when the beta releases (I believe it’s steam, not 100% sure) to get access to the beta. You can also get other rewards the more people use your invite link

Yep, PC release is on Steam. Beta key is being sent sometime soon, presumably by the end of this month or in July. Other rewards will be emailed at launch.
