Hi Yoozie, that’s an excellent question. The closed beta access is completely free to you and your friend, should you both be accepted in order to play it.

but why is there written, that we agree to pay fully for the game?
It is for when you want to buy the full game after the beta is done.
I’m sorry for any confusion. On July 13th (Monday), there is a Limited Playtest beginning. In terms of beta testing outside of this, I’m not entirely sure however I believe that when the game launches, you will need to pay to play it.
so that means, that i can agree all the terms etc and i dont need to pay in the limited playtest?
Correct, the Limited Playtest is free to play, provided you sign the agreements required if you’re invited to join it.
